• If you need to charge more for supplies for your class, we need to know this before registration. Families will take this into consideration when choosing their classes.
  
  
• Please make sure your room is in the exact condition (or cleaner) as you found it.
  
  
• If you are unable to make it, you must contact your helper and give them the materials and instruction that they need to teach your class. Please also contact the M & M Monday Coordinator.
  
  
• Please be on time. M & M Monday start at 9:00 A.M.
  
  
• We have a copier for use, or you can give your materials our 4-H liaison a week prior to needing them to make copies at the Extension Office.
  
  
• If you need notification posted to the website please email the information to the website
      coordinator a week prior to updates.
